Kathy was raised in Sheldon, Iowa and is now a resident of Sioux City, Iowa. Kathy, her husband Royce, and two sons enjoy golf and watching college football in their free time. Kathy has industry experience in a regional hospital and a large property and casualty insurance provider. Her roles included Manager of Financial Analysis and Cost Accounting, Supervisor of Accounting, and Financial Analyst. Since being an associate, Kathy has provided Chief Financial Officer services and project work to a community hospital, and technical accounting services to a regional newspaper publishing and printing organization. Those services have involved implementing a new MIS system, guiding new processes, coordinating budget preparation, designing and preparing regulatory cost reports, and analyzing capital asset acquisitions.
