Dave is from Doon, Iowa. He is a graduate of Briar Cliff University and has an MBA from the University of South Dakota. Dave has industry experience in manufacturing with AC Rochester, a Division of General Motors, and Gateway, Inc. His roles have included Senior Director of Worldwide Inventory and Order Management, Vice President of Operations, and Director of Global Material and Logistics Management. He was responsible for materials planning, manufacturing systems, production, and shipping. As in independent consultant, Dave has provided services to local and national companies. He has made immediate impacts to company profits and cash flow by an outstanding understanding of inventory systems. His knowledge of in-house computer applications and external tools such as Excel Pivot Tables has provided owners insight to significant inventory issues. Dave has also assisted in the execution of solutions and coached internal staff to maintain these solutions.
